I ordered some weights from Amazon and it was being delivered via DHL.

They put that they had attempted they delivery on Monday, but absolutely no one came to my flat. I was working on my desk which faces the outside via a window and could see that no one had come up to the building yet I received a notification saying that they couldn’t deliver my package.

They have not advised when they can redeliver it so I’ve called them today and they basically told me they are withholding the package until the seller confirms the dimensions of the package ??

I’m not sure what’s going on but if this is happened to anyone before or if anyone has any advice, I’d really appreciate it
