Arrived at pickup point - but how do I know which one?

I ordered a package from the US to deliver in Germany and the tracking says it’s arrived at pickup point but I can’t seem to find out which one.
There’s no information on the tracking page and while they mention they’ve left a card, I can’t find it anywhere either.
Anyone faced something like this before?
