Order confirmation question

I just ordered the coyote v3 earlier this week, received a confirmation email for the order, saying “thank you for purchasing dg lab products. We need to confirm your address and telephone number now”.
There was no order number or tracking info on the email. Wondering if this is normal? And if so is there any way to see order updates on the website?
