I have been thinking purchasing an HVAC company. Any advice? Any HVAC technicians looking for a new scenery?
Background My knowledge in HVAC is decent but I am no expert. I am a mechanical engineer by degree and have been working in manufacturing maintenance. Mainly working with automation and controls. I also have great project management skills, and have a natural ambition to lead and develop others.
