Firstly, I know that posting a non-NFL thread on a Sunday during football season probably isn't a great idea if I'm hoping for responses.
Second, I'm a NHL/MLB guy when it comes to DFS who dabbles in football because how can you not? With hockey looking like it's not coming back until mid-January I could either be patient on non-football days or I could be irresponsible and throw my money away on a sport I don't seriously follow. You're welcome NBA players.
That said, lineup construction for the other sports has been distilled down to a formula for me (stacks/run-backs in football, IDing the right pitching matchup and stacks in baseball, line combos in NHL), it's just identifying the right inputs to throw into that formula. With basketball what's the basic formula?
Do you stack? Look for high O/Us? Play big favorites? Avoid big favorites because your guys are going to sit? Look for fast paced teams?
