I encountered a major safety and reliability issue with the app today. While out, I entered an area with poor cellular reception. As a diagnostic, I attempted to restart my phone. Which runs dexcom g7 app every day. Which has worked reliably until today.
Instead of launching the app and showing me my critical health information while experiencing a sugar crash, it hung on the loading screen. When I forced the nonresponsive cellular data off, it said it "needed to confirmmy phone's compatibility" before it could allow me to view my critical, potentially life saving, immediately necessary, personal data. That should be stored and processed completely offline. That should only be transmitted online if I have sharing enabled (which I do, but irrelevant). This is an absolutely critical safety issue with this application. How do I report this to a regulatory body to get it properly addressed before it causes me or someone else to suffer grievous injury in a time of need?
