Flonase spray usage

Hi, I’ve been getting some bad rashes (think small red inflammations, slight redness and dark brown colouring until after it’s healed) when using the Dexcom G6. I read on a lot of forums suggesting OTC Flonase spray. But I’m unsure on it’s usage. Am I supposed to nasally spray it before applying the sensor or spray it on the site where I’m going to be applying the sensor?
