Hi There, I am here behalf of my friend , he has graduated in cse (b.tech) from a small private college In 2022, it been now almost 2 years he had not gotten any job because he was preparing for gate after graduation but could not got through it Then for other govt jobs same same goes for those also , he is a really good programmer he learned assembly for four architectures like 64 & 32 bit, arm, risc-v, knows c , rust, zig, python ,flutter, cloud(aws), also some databases like postgresql etc he did not done any internship or had done any major projects , oh he also some kind of expert in linux & unix

Is there any opportunities or suggestions for him
