My friend has a jewellery business, and just began receiving payments from her website. But today it abruptly stopped processing payments and has sent us the attached message.
I would like to specifically ask what a customer confirmation email is, since I tried googling but the only results shown are for an 'Order Confirmation Email'.
Also, the 4th point is worded in a way that it suggests that we call up the customers, and request them to send US an email stating that they have received services from our business. If so, then that's the stupidest thing I've read this year, and first I'm hearing of it. If not, then I'm ready to accept my dumbassery.
