Casually & half-heartedly applied for a role in Netherlands. Total exp : 9yrs. Relevant exp post mna: 7yrs. Have btech mba from tier 1 in india. Current role is Solution architect. Implementing planning system. Very similar to kinaxis or sap consultant. Have 4 yrs of experience working abroad. But never in Europe.
Pros: compared to my current bad work life balance, NL will provide better wlb. Chance of citizenship. But not interested in settlement abroad due to high cost of living. Cons: need to learn language to get citizenship in future. High cost of living. High taxes. Not really near to India unlike Dubai or Singapore.
Priority: not interested in career growth. Just want to coast, chill, survive, save n invest money.
Received HR invitation. Current CTC: 33 lpa. Full remote. 1 yr in present company. How much salary to ask. I am single. No dependent to move along with me.
Any tips, experience share, general advice about NL will be helpful. Also share cost of living situation. .
