IndianSWE is in India
Post Body

I got my masters from the US, I have never worked in India. All of my work experience is in the US.

Here there is no concept of "Experience certificate". When you are switching jobs, they do a background check. Those people will call up all the previous places where you worked and find out the start date/end dates/job titles and stuff. For the current company where you are working, they just ask for payslips.

They absolutely don't have a concept of "Experience certificate".

Now my problem is that I have aging parents. Both of them are around 67 years of age. I plan on returning back in the next 3 to 4 years. Assuming I don't take an internal transfer, and I find a job in India someway. Will they ask me for "Experience certificate" for my US jobs?
