Given the health of Matt Millen, should we remove his face as the downvote button?

Seems a bit weird knowing that he is in his last weeks/months of his life. Most of us appear to have come to terms with his performance. He sucked as a GM but there is nothing to indicate he was a bad person, just terrible at his job and Ford should have fired him long before he did. I am curious what others think.
