Detransitioned, but don't want shark week?
Post Body

Tldr: Seeking advice on alternatives to stop my period or at least reduce the cramps significantly

I recently detransitioned 6 months ago and while I'm content with the decision, I definitely don't miss dealing with shark week.

Before I went on testosterone, I used to have horrible cramps from pcos and I really wish to not need to experience that again.

Any of you folks have suggestions or tips on alternatives to stop or manage periods better? I've thought about possibly getting an IUD but it seems that only 20% of people have managed to stop their periods through that. I'd love to hear about your experiences and any advice you might have.

Thanks a bunch!
