Does the facial hair thin or slow growth??? If not, any breakout help???

I can shave the rest if the hair and it doesn't bother me. But my facial hair absolutely does. I was only on T for 6 months. I couldn't grow any real facial hair, however I'm having to shave every other day and it's itchy. And every time I shave I break out more....the shaving wouldn't be so bad if I could keep the pimples at bay. It's driving me insane.
Also I'm 3 weeks off T, and the body pimples are intense suddenly...tell me this eases. I have more pimples now than I've had my entire life.
