Do people like Vostok?

Legitimate question actually. Every time I play on Vostok I want to pull my eyes out of their sockets. Honestly don't even know if I could tell you why.
I'm not a diehard crucible player, but if Vostok is a good map in the eyes of the general consensus, what makes it good? Or really what makes any map good? I like maps where I know where I'm going so some maps that people hate I don't actually mind. And I also know where everything is on eternity
