I played Dead By Daylight for a good several months, and eventually ended up leaving because the devs did not listen to the community at all. People would scream about balancing issues that weren't healthy for the game, most of them legitimate, and about 2 months later the devs would make a patch that addressed literally everything except those issues commonly talked about.

I am incredibly satisfied with bungie for having a weekly system where they announce what's going on at the company, what balances/events are happening, recognizing fan work, etc. It's such a breath of fresh air to actually hear from the devs and know what's going on. Sure we don't have a trailer for season 17, but at least we know the devs are aware of that and are reassuring us they're just keeping it close to the chest.
