Badly optimized

3 years ago I played destiny 2 on my pc at high settings hitting 60fps 1080p now i get 40 to 50 fps on lowest settings 1080p exact same pc is just upgraded to 20gb ram
Specs I5-7500 Rx580 20gb ram mix match never had problem mixing 250gb ssd 2tb hard drive which destiny is on
Any advice how not to get really bad fps
