Arc Avoidance triumph

Any advice on how to get this triumphh? Does the whole fireteam need to avoid arc damage or just the person trying to get the triumph?
Edit: I got it with a couple clan mates, and later helped a rando.
Helpful edit: you can restart the boss fight (everyone dying in the boss fight room). As long as and your team do not get hit by the arc, you cannrestart the boss fight however many times, and it will still count
