The best super should be viable in PvE
Post Body

Tldr at bottom:

I play a very light bit of crucible, and I mostly do PvE. Strikes, Raids, Dungeons, I am familiar with almost every PvE activity in this game. Which makes it a tragedy that supers such as Fists of Havoc and Stormtrance are pretty much locked as only viable in crucible.

The most egregious of this however, is the hunter super Spectral Blades. This is probably the most fun super I have ever used in the game, and I only got a taste of it tonight because I played crucible for a catalyst. But this shouldn't be locked behind crucible because in PvE it just doesn't do damage.

PvP and PvE can be separately worked on, things buffed in one without affecting the other. We know this, most noticeably with things like Dance Machines being disabled in Crucible but not PvE, and with the Arc staff buff that affected ONLY PvE and left PvP untouched.

Bungie needs to buff Spectral blades in PvE. I think it would work perfect as a kind of ad clear super that does fair damage to mini bosses to fully simulate that hidden assassin kind of vibe. It wouldn't make sense as a good boss super, but would make sense as something you could do to kill the bosses commanders to leave the true fight for last.

My hope is that with void 3.0 coming at witch queen this may actually be a reality.

Tldr: Spectral blades is extremely fun, and it needs to be buffed in PvE to be an ad clear/mini-boss dps super to fit the vibe. IT HAS BEEN PROVEN THAT PVE AND PVP CAN BE BUFFED/NERFED SEPARATELY AND IT WOULD NOT AFFECT PVP WHATSOEVER.
