Are solstice packages broken?

I've been grinding through the solstice EAZ and over time easily opened anywhere from 100-150 packages. But what weirds me out is not a single magnificent grips has dropped. Ever. I've probably gotten 10 variations of each other piece (mask, vest, strides, and cloak) but never a single grips. Anyone know if there's something I'm messing up or if I'm the most unlucky player ever
