Up to date guide for Mysterious Box/Izanagi's Burden quest?

I'm trying to complete this quest but coming up with old information on Google. Are all the forges on Earth now? I just completed the sniper rifle calibration and completed it at the Volundr forge which should unlock Gofannon forge. But I still have the Volundr forge active on Earth. Old guides say the forge is unlocked on Nessus, but there's nothing on the map there. Do I still need to unlock the forges to get the appropriate keys? What's happening here? Is there a more up to date guide?
