Why is all my gear 750 power and i cant see my level?

Hey i staret playing couple of days ago on battlenet launcher. Now when i lok into my acount suddenly my gear is all 750 power and i can see what my level is. When i left of last time playing on battle net my gear was around 50 and i was lvl 9. Is it supposed to be this way or is it glitched?

I cant seem to find the place where you run around and buy stuff and get quests either, i can only find this new place now called the tower. I cant seem to find the place where i can play the camppain either! pls help <3
