Lag/Frame Drop on new actions (supers, fights, etc)

So, some how i get these really bad lag spikes or frame drops? I could be fine and then some casts a super or there's a fight and all of a sudden my frames go from 60 to 4 and i start to freeze/lag and can't do anything until it stops. Anyone know a fix?
