Huckleberry Not Functioning Properly in Crucible

So i got the huckleberry from the fated engram from xur and decided to give it a go in the crucible. To start off the recoil is ridiculous but that's not the point. It was doing 14 damage to the body and only 15 to the head. 15. It was unusable. Please fix this bungle because the design of the weapon is really cool.
