Iron Banner Strategy
Post Body

So I played iron banner for about 3 hours today. I went about 50/50 in those matches. The matches I lost I felt as if we could've won had my teammates not been so aggressive. Every time we had advantage it's like every single person wanted a power play. We would then proceed to give up our spawn point and then get continually flanked. Then chaos ensued and people broke up individually trying to take on the whole opposing team alone. I feel like more people need to understand that you don't need full control to win the game, you just need advantage and once you have that you just rack up kills. Playing with randoms as a solo queue is so frustrating due to lack of communication. What is everyone else's experience with Iron Banner? When I play with a fireteam of 4 we win a majority of the time, because we can communicate and understand the general strategy of control. Does anyone have a workaround for playing with randoms? What are your thoughts on the situation in general?
