I was wondering how master of Arms could come back because Harmony now exists, and after sitting down and thinking about it I came up with an idea similar to bait and switch but still like Harmony.
Master of Arms will now roll on multiple weapons, Primary Special and Heavies.
So what if we made the buff change based on the weapon that got the kill.
Primary Kills grants a 15% Damage buff to the weapon with Master of Arms.
Special Ammo kills grants a 25% Damage buff.
And heavy final blows grant a 35% Damage buff.
Now if the heavy weapon has Master of arms a 35% Damage buff on one kills might be a little too good so perhaps Master of Amrs will also be nerfed to be multi kills.
So 3 kills for a 35% Damage buff.
Example for anyone confused exactly how this new MoA works-
If the Primary weapon has Master of Arms and you get 3 heavy kills you'll get a 35% Damage buff for your Primary.
