Back in the day, Like way back release / redwar era, I used to run the Risk Runner, paired with the Celestial Nighthawk, on my hunter. and lately i've been wanting to scratch that nostalgic craving of that build again. For my Primary i normally use a scout or hand cannon. and like my focus on headshots. But i haven't been able to get a good build together that plays to both my light abilities, and the RiskRunner, Mostly the RiskRunner though. seems like its near impossible to get it to proc, and when it does i cant keep it proc'd like I remember.

Any Suggestions? feel like im grasping at straws now, maybe the build just isn't possible anymore.
