I am actively not a designer. I don't have any experience, I've never practiced any design. This is just me figuring out how to create an identity for my team as we play in casual events, and try to have a bit of comradery.
Team Name: High Latency
Motifs: electricity, turtle, router
There's a text treatment for the full name as well, but I don't have a version of that that isn't extremely artifacted/outdated. The gif has some outdated colours, sorry for those of you on light mode, but when I have a moment I'll probably correct it.
I'm looking for feedback mostly in regards to the turtle design: line weight, style, volumes, shapes, simplicity/complexity, etc. I like the colour palette we've chosen, it feels very evocative of electricity, but am open to changing it. Everything is rasters, as I don't have any software for vectors, and also mostly just doodle as a person, so it's easiest for me to work with Procreate.
The rasters are still pretty rough and will need some tidying, but looking for non-execution related feedback primarily at this time.
