[Portfolio] Looking for critique on v2 of my portfolio site

Finished the second version of my portfolio site in which I stripped off everything and did a complete redesign. Focused on a custom design rather than the Boostrap template I used previously. I'm proud of what I've done and would now like some critique.
I'm going to start work soon on v3 by figuring out what to do with my Work section, adding more animation to the griffin in the header, and optimizing the site. So any help with these would also be welcome. I'm thinking of an unorganized grid for the work section.
