I know I Hage derealization but I just woke up and sometimes it genuinely feels like I'm gloating through space when I close my eyes or that I'm leaving my body for a few seconds and then I snap out of it. Every time I look at anywhere on my body it looks like someone else's body. It genuinely feels like I'm I'm a dream sometimes or in a different world. I know I'm not but the feeling is strong idk how to describe it. Things also look like a video game sometimes. I feel like I'm watching my body from across the room sometimes too. It's all the time as well. Why is it all the time? How could I stop this?
