What should i do

SSRIs and antipsychotics are completely useless for me ,i tried them for a long time and they are not working. Last time, i was on 100 mg of Sertraline , 150 Luvox and 200 Lamotrigine and guess what ? Still felt like shit.is there any option other than meds?I hate the side effects.what should i do ?
