i haven't been diagnosed yet but for the past couple of months i have lost sense of direction and meaning in life. i've become more cynical with terrible sleeping and eating patterns, lack focus in doing tasks and am easily irritated. despite all that, i still get out of bed and do work, socialize, and sometimes i even feel good about myself. however, more often than not i just feel like shit and want to cry all the time.

has anyone ever felt like this too?
