Fight or flight mode

I’m constantly in fight or flight mode and fight is more prevalent out of the two. Due to trauma I push people away before they have the chance of getting “tired” of me. In my mind it is easier to hurt myself by pushing people away then having them get tired of me. I attend therapy every week but I don’t know how to put this feeling into words during my sessions.
