This is for the ladies, how do I help a lady like yourself who's on anti-depressants?

Just for context, it's someone close to me and I care about deeply and I want to help her anyway I can.. I saw the signs she was quieter than usual, wasn't smiling at all, but wasn't to sure, I was ignorant thinking she was on her time of the month and didn't show up to school for a while, I just found out today and don't know what to do so I'm here asking you the ladies to PLEASE help a guy out.
