I'm curious if anyone relates to the time of day and their depression? I find I can struggle pretty hard with my depression in the afternoon. I love mornings and feel pretty good in the morning, to add to that, I also feel pretty good in the late evening. But the afternoons can have me at an all time low. Does anyone else relate? If so, what are some things you do to help with this? Thanks!
