lately have been stuck in the "sleeps all day yet is still too exhausted to do anything" loop and it's driving me crazy because I haven't been able to accomplish much lately.
for what it's worth I already:
• eat healthy
• work out regularly (between 3-5 times a week)
• go for walks
even so, I'm finding i don't always get 100% out of walks/workouts because I get fatigued easily :( but then if I do nothing, it gets worse. very hard to get myself to sleep less since even if I force myself out of bed, I'm too groggy to do anything so nine times out of ten I just crawl back into bed. I hate it but idk how to get out of this loop. how do I bring back my drive to actually DO things?
