Hey everyone I really need help with my sleep. I just struggled to sleep for more about 7 hours maybe passed out and got an hour. I was dead tired and now my eyes hurt and I can barely keep them open. I've been sick for a while now and no sleep makes me nauseous. I'm averaging about 5 hours a day of sleep maybe and it's starting to take its toll. My mental health has been really shit and the sleep issues only make it worse. I'm sick and tired of this shit(pun fully intended). Can anyone help me find a way to consistently sleep?
