Why can’t I make any REAL friends

Im in my mid twenties and was never an outcast. I always had friends growing up in all the different activities I did and it was easy because you shared a mutual interest on being apart of a team etc. As I’ve graduated college and started working I have lived in 3 states trying to find a place where I fit in. Not in my hometown. Not in any new place I go to. I don’t know if I am just incapable of having deep relationships. I’m tired of people only being friends with me for what I have or can do for them. I just want a pal I can chat and complain to without judgement. Its getting so lonely.
