I feel lonely all the time because I hardly speak to anyone, and it makes my depression a lot worse. I've tried to make long-term friends or find support online, but it never sticks. I don't have any major interests, and without that it's hard to make friends. Most convos feel so superficial and fake, and the person just doesn't speak with you anymore after 2-3 days. I'll write a paragraph, and only get like a sentence (or less) as reply - I don't feel heard.
I don't know what I should do. I've been mostly home for the past 2 years or so due to the pandemic. I hardly make any friends at school, anyway. It sucks being alone always. I've tried everything I could think of. The emptiness won't leave me.
