Is it normal feeling depressed for not living in other worlds?
Post Body

I suffer from severe anxiety and my mind always runs around with thoughts about don’t do this or you’ll die. I have control over the panic attacks and I’m seeing a therapist, but my only escape so far is picturing myself in other worlds where it’s no where near alike as earth. I get very depressed when I have to return to school or work and relive my everyday normal life and not live in the worlds I saw or read about. I’m curious if I’m the only one.
