How to deal with emptiness

Hey guys. Hope you're doing fine.
I'm feeling empty and lonely again. I hope it wont get worse than that. It it gets worse, who knows what will happen? Its so hard to predict how strong your depression strikes back. Maybe i am just down or listless, or maybe i'm getting suicidal again. I'm feeling like nothing realy matters. everything in my life is meaningless and pointless.
its such a weired question, but do you know how to get out of that?
