Depression has the ability suck the life out of you. You exist. You crawl through life. Nothing brings you joy, not even the things you used to love. It cripples your every waking thought like a dark cloud blocking out the sun. You put on a face for society because that's just what you do. You bottle it up because you dont want to be a burden to anyone. How can anyone understand how you feel because physically you look fine.
