I feel like I have gone through crisis after crisis and I just started new meds and nothing is working. Even my mom and friends have validated that for me so I am not even exaggerating.

How do I get out of this cycle of just horrible things happening one after another? I have been seriously struggling for 2 years and I never thought this would happen to me.
No one can even tell either, my coworkers always tell me I am so happy and put together.
