Hi all, I just wanted to see if anyone else experiences anything like this. Currently I’m on annual leave from work due to the Christmas holiday period. I’m about 3 days in and am I’m experiencing a flare up in my depression.

I’ve been taking 20mg of lexapro for about 18 months now and it’s been working really well. I feel very even minded and that it works for me.

But I have noticed that when I take time off work usually around the 3 day mark my depression and anxiety has a flare up despite consistently taking my medication.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I’ve tried googling but it hasn’t yielded results specific to taking time off work.
