3 years ago i got diagnosed with depression and anxiety and i began taking meds for them besides going to CBT sessions and i haven't got better.i feel like i am suffering from an undiagnosed neurological disorder.it is like something affecting my thought process or cognitive ability and i dont know what i should do about it since my therapist is not convinced with what i said.
