I went to my first therapy appointment this Monday. I was honest and brought up all the issues I’m dealing with. Depression, anxiety, chronic stress and my sex addiction. I haven’t been to therapy in over 6 years. I honestly don’t know if it’ll help but it’s something I’ve been avoiding and I’m proud that I did it. Hopefully next Monday goes well. Send me good vibes. I definitely need them.
