Are these withdrawl symptoms because i stopped taking anti-depressant or is it just depression?

I only had medication for a month. When I took them I would feel miserable for about 36 hours. Eventually I stopped taking them. I learned that these pills are addictive. What I experience is:
- My mood is slipping.
- more and more irritable.
- unable to sit still
- impatient
Sometimes I feel like taking that pill again but I refuse. I don't believe pills are the answer
