My depression has gotten a lot better and I feel a lot healthier. I’m not isolating myself anymore and I have a huge support network. But I’m still struggling to kick certain habits. The biggest ones are forgetting to take care of my hygiene and having regular meals.
The one thing that helped with my depression is being busy (I’m at school and at work all day) but because of that I just forget to do things and my old depression habits are just sticking around.
What’s the best way to approach this?
