My life has fallen apart since my last relationship. I used to be so driven and smart and had amazing goals and now I have no idea who I am.

I’m just really struggling and cry every day.
My life was so happy a year or two ago. My ex pulled the rug up under me and fucked up my mental health and self esteem. I just moved across the country for a job at a startup only to get laid off in 3 months.
I just feel like since him everything is falling apart, and I can’t get my old motivation and old self back. I’m unemployed and lay in bed all day.
