in my 'normal' state (no meds or anything), i am an overwhelmingly depressed person.
prescribed with adhd, i started taking vyvanse to treat it and this worked wonders on my depression, going as far to say that it temporarily ridded me of it whenever it was in my body.
so you could imagine my distress to find that after my most recent intake, these effects have suddenly dropped substantially, just barely making me feel relaxed at the very least
what i can say is that i did not abuse them, what i can't say is that i was taking these exactly as instructed by my doctor
the packet calls for one pill a day in the morning, they are 30mg a pop
sometimes i'd skip mornings and take 2 around the afternoon, sometimes i'd skip a day entirely, sometimes i'd skip TWO days, but certainly i did not abuse them?!
it's been about 4 weeks since i started them! what can i do to remedy this? take a break to lower a tolerance? start to religiously follow a consistent dosing schedule? ask for an upgrade in dosage? (this one sounds like a shitty idea but i'm not a professional so). i don't want to say goodbye yet, i really don't, my exams are approaching for god's sake. i'll appreciate any advice, and tell me off if i did something wrong.
